This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and does not sell or share personal information. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the contact form. This page says exactly what happens to it.
If you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email, business name, phone number, sector, how many cameras you run, their makes and models, and whatever you write in the free-text field. We use it for one thing: to reply to you about Nexovia and, if you want one, to arrange a demo or a pilot.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use it to build a profile of you, we do not run advertising pixels, and we set no cookies. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
The left column is the category name used by the California Consumer Privacy Act. The right column is how long we keep it.
Under the CCPA both act as service providers: they are contractually limited to processing the data for the purpose we engaged them for, and they are not permitted to retain, use, or disclose it for anything else. Disclosing personal information to a service provider for a business purpose is not a sale and is not a share.
We may disclose information if we are legally required to — a subpoena, a court order, or a binding request from a public authority — or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
If you live in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the following rights over the personal information described above. Exercising any of them costs nothing and we will never treat you differently for it.

We confirm we received it within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If the request is genuinely complex we may take one further 45 days, and we will tell you before we do, with the reason.
We will ask you to send the request from the email address you originally contacted us with, and to confirm one or two details from your enquiry. We deliberately do not ask for ID documents — collecting a passport scan to prove a deletion request is worse for your privacy than the request itself.
You may use an authorised agent. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm you authorised the request.
It covers nexoviasecuritysolutions.com and the contact form on it. It does not cover video, detections, or clips captured by a Nexovia Hive installed at a customer's premises. The business operating the cameras is the one that decides what is recorded, who can see it, and how long it is kept — and it is the right first point of contact. If you cannot reach them, email us at prabhjeev@nexoviasecuritysolution.com and we will help you identify the operator.
No. This site sets no cookies of its own, and the analytics we use is cookieless. That is why there is no cookie banner. A security company asking permission to track you would be a poor first impression, and we would rather not need to ask.
There is nothing for either signal to switch off, because we do not sell or share personal information and we run no cross-site tracking. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request regardless, so that if our practices ever change the signal is already being respected rather than newly honoured.
Up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then we delete it. If an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, the contract governs retention from that point instead. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time and we will.
Cloudflare serves the site from a global network, so a request may be handled by a data centre near you rather than one in the US. Contact form submissions are delivered by email to Nexovia and are read in Canada and the United States.
No. This is a business-to-business site and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we have no actual knowledge of ever having sold or shared the personal information of a minor — we do not sell or share anyone's.
The site is served over HTTPS only. The contact form accepts a fixed list of fields and discards anything else, so extra fields cannot be injected into the email we receive. Enquiries live in the founders' email accounts, which are protected by multi-factor authentication. We hold no database of visitors.
The effective date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects what we collect or who receives it, we will say so on this page rather than quietly revising it. This notice was last updated on 19 August 2026.
